Wow... I mean wow. I was so leery about buying a mattress online but this such a great investment. I got my bed last week and the sleep I've had is so much better, I can't even describe it, I never want to get off! These guys are great with customer service too, I spoke with them on the live chat and they helped me pick a level 6 and know what they are talking about. It is perfect, not too soft and not too firm. If you're hesitating to buy or have questions, don't! You're paying thousands less than a name brand and these are BETTER. Thanks Chuck for the firmness recommendation and the 2 latex pillows, they are great!
